Love Your Neighbor

While Jesus was only asked for the greatest commandment, he adds a second commandment: to love our neighbors as we love ourselves. The church was never intended to exist solely for itself. Jesus taught that his followers are to be salt and light, adding value and benefit to those around them. He used the parable of the Good Samaritan to show that you can’t truly love without action. As a church, we are challenging our members to show love God’s love in practical, tangible ways.
