Our Leadership begins

I grew up in the small town of Minerva, Ohio. Along with serving in the U.S. Army, I graduated from Cincinnati Bible College in 1993 and entered full time youth ministry. After 16 years as a youth minister (in both Ohio & Florida), God called our family to move to Sebastian where I have been lead pastor for over 13 years! My wife, Cathy, and I have been married over 28 years and have 3 kids (Kyler, Kyrra & Kalley). God has blessed us with a wonderful Church to serve as well as a wonderful community to be a part of.
 
In addition to serving His Church at SCC, I enjoy sports, video games, outdoor activities, theme parks, and love dogs (Especially Dalmatians – of which we have two).
 
I love teaching & preaching the Word of God and consider it an amazing, sacred privilege as well as helping minister to those in need.

I'm a Florida native! I grew up right here in Sebastian. I moved to Orlando for college, where I met my husband. We moved back to this beautiful town to raise our children (Alexis and Bently). Teaching is my passion.  I am also a teacher at Treasure Coast Elementary, where I teach fourth grade.  Helping others learn is in my heart and there is nothing else I would rather do. To be able to apart of this children’s ministry and use my passion to teach about our Savior is such privilege.
